Orders and Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is SSL encrypted and handled by PCI DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store your full card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update or cancel it.
Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
How much is shipping?
You can choose Free Standard Shipping, or Eco-Friendly + Insured + Tracking + Priority shipping for a $4.95 flat rate.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 0 to 1 business day, with a transit time of 3 to 7 business days. Most orders arrive within 3 to 8 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET are typically processed the same business day.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also track your package on our Track Your Order page.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email info@veyluxebrand.com with your order number first. Please do not ship anything back before we confirm your return, otherwise it cannot be processed. We will then provide the correct return address.
Who pays for return shipping?
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer covers return shipping. We do not charge any restocking or handling fee.
When will I get my refund?
Once your returned package arrives back at VeyLuxe and is inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 days.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email us photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
