Lunera NY currently sells and ships products only to customers located in the USA.

What is the difference between Standard and Priority Shipping?

• Standard Shipping (Free):
  Includes standard order processing, shipment handling, and tracking.
• Priority Shipping ($4.95 USD):
  Includes priority order processing at the fulfillment center, enhanced shipment protection against loss or theft, and priority customer support handling if any delivery-related issues arise.

Important:
Estimated delivery times remain the same for both shipping methods.
Priority Shipping does not reduce delivery time but provides faster handling, added protection, and higher service priority.

There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time (USA Orders Only)

Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been shipped:

• United States: approximately 7 to 24 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs inspections, carrier delays, or unforeseen logistical events.

Courier Partners

We ship orders using reliable courier and logistics partners, including:

• FedEx
• Local and international postal services

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Split Shipments

If an order contains multiple items, products may be shipped separately due to fulfillment from different locations.

Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Orders

If an order exceeds the maximum estimated delivery timeframe and is confirmed as lost or undeliverable, we will provide a refund or replacement, depending on the situation, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
Lunera NY is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout.

Non-Refundable Charges

Shipping fees, customs-related charges (if applicable), and government-imposed fees are non-refundable.
